These terms cover your use of WashYaAzz, including the website at washyaazz.com and any app versions of it. By using WashYaAzz you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use it.
What WashYaAzz is
WashYaAzz is a general hygiene and grooming guide. It offers routines, how-to guides, reminders and fragrance suggestions for everyday personal care.
Not medical advice
WashYaAzz provides general information only. It is not medical advice and does not diagnose, treat or prevent any condition. It is not a substitute for a doctor, dermatologist, dentist or other health professional. If you have a symptom, a skin reaction, pain, a lump, or anything on a guide's "see a doctor" list, see a qualified professional. In an emergency, call 911 or your local emergency number.
Products and fragrance suggestions
Product names, scent families and scent notes come from publicly available information and may be incomplete, out of date or different from your specific product or version. Scent pairings, weather picks and scores are suggestions based on general fragrance guidance, not guarantees. Always read product labels and follow the manufacturer's directions. Stop using any product that irritates your skin. WashYaAzz isn't affiliated with or endorsed by any brand mentioned, and brand names belong to their owners.
Shopping links
Some links in WashYaAzz go to Amazon. They're plain links, and WashYaAzz doesn't currently earn anything from them. If that changes, we'll say so here and in the app. We suggest products based on what the guides and your routine call for.
Your data
WashYaAzz has no accounts. What you enter is saved only on your device, so keeping it is up to you: uninstalling the app or clearing its data deletes it. Use About & backup in the app to save a backup file if you want a copy.
Acceptable use
Don't use WashYaAzz to break the law, interfere with or overload the service, try to access other people's data, or copy or resell the app's content without permission.
Age
WashYaAzz is intended for people 13 and older. If you're under 18, use it with a parent or guardian's permission.
Our content
The WashYaAzz name, WYA logo, guides and app design belong to WashYaAzz. You may share links to the site freely. Your own entries (your routine, reminders and product inventory) belong to you. See the Privacy Policy for how we handle them.
Availability and changes
WashYaAzz is provided free of charge "as is" and "as available." We may change, pause or discontinue features at any time, and we don't guarantee the service will always be available, error-free, or that data will never be lost. Keep your own records of anything important.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, WashYaAzz and its owner are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any harm arising from your use of the information, suggestions or products described in the app. Where liability can't be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid to use WashYaAzz, which is zero.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. When we do, we'll change the date above. Continuing to use WashYaAzz after an update means you accept the new terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
