Privacy Policy
WashYaAzz is a men's hygiene guide. Short version: there are no accounts, everything you enter stays on your phone, and we never see it. No ads, no tracking, nothing sold.
What the app stores, and where
Your plan answers (such as skin type, facial hair and how much you sweat), which routine steps you finished on which days, when you last did each reminder, and the products on your scent shelf are saved only on your device, in the app's own storage. None of it is sent to us or anyone else.
Uninstalling the app, or clearing its data in your phone's settings, deletes all of it. If you use WashYaAzz in a web browser instead of the app, it's saved in that browser, and clearing the browser's site data deletes it. Some browsers, including Safari on iPhone, may clear it on their own after about a week without a visit.
Backups
You can save a backup file from About & backup in the app and restore it later or on another phone. The backup file goes wherever you choose to save or send it (for example Files, Google Drive or your email). We never receive it.
What we don't collect
No account, no name or email, no location, no contacts, no photos, no advertising IDs and no ad trackers. The app doesn't contact our servers to use any of its features.
Our website
washyaazz.com is served by Cloudflare, which processes standard request data (such as IP address) to deliver and protect the site. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits. It doesn't use cookies, doesn't track you across sites and doesn't identify you; we only see totals.
Shopping links
Some products link to Amazon. When you tap one, you leave WashYaAzz and Amazon's privacy policy applies. The link contains only the product; we don't send Amazon anything about you. If we ever earn a commission from these links, we'll say so in the app and here.
Accounts from the early version
An early version of the WashYaAzz website offered optional accounts, stored with Google Firebase. Accounts are no longer offered. Any accounts and data from that version will be permanently deleted by November 6, 2026. To get a copy or have yours deleted sooner, email help@washyaazz.com.
Children
WashYaAzz is meant for adults and isn't directed to children under 13.
Health information
The app gives general hygiene information, not medical advice. It doesn't diagnose or treat anything.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date above and, for significant changes, tell you in the app.
